You can access your digital NDSS registration card on the My NDSS portal and add it to your phone as a digital image. To access NDSS subsidised products you can show your Medicare card at an Access Point and confirm your date of birth and address details for identification. Alternatively, if you would still like to request a new NDSS registration card please call the NDSS Helpline on 1800 637 700. You will need either your NDSS registration number or your Medicare number.
